As the first VP of Content Marketing at Salesforce, Hayley oversees content strategy and operations, social media, video, podcasting and web publishing for the global brand marketing team. Prior to Salesforce, Hayley lead content strategy at Airbnb, where she implemented a “newsroom” approach to social media and spearheaded experimentation with podcasts, magazine and film. Over her 20+ year career, she has held marketing and product development roles at the New York Times, Wired Magazine, and CNET, always leading the cultural and organizational change required to shift the way brands use technology and content to engage customers and build communities. Hayley is a frequent speaker on media, marketing and innovation and an advisor to startup founders and CEOs.
