Trish Costello is the founder and CEO of Portfolia, a global entrepreneurial investing community designed and a family of investment funds designed for women. Portfolia packages 6-9 entrepreneurial companies annually in multiple focus areas, such as Active Aging and Women’s Health, enabling its investors to have a diversified ‘portfolia’ of high-potential companies for one annual investment.
Trish was named The Ten Women in Tech to Watch by Inc. magazine and The 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs by Goldman Sachs. She is the co-founder/CEO Emeritus of Kauffman Fellows, the Silicon Valley-based institute that prepares leaders in venture capital, which she led its first 10 years. 500 Fellows operate in 50 countries, deploying $188B in capital. Trish was Founding President of CVE Capital Corp, the holding company of a $1.7 billion Fund of Funds. Trish was on the start-up team of the Kauffman Foundation.
Trish led the National Science Foundation SBIR Sub-Committee on Commercialization. She has held advisory and/or board positions with Springboard, the National Venture Capital Association, Helzberg Mentoring Program, the Small Business Administration and various start-ups, accelerators and university programs.
