Gabriele serves as an advisor to Fortune 500 companies, domestic and international government agencies, and numerous humanitarian organizations preparing for and respond to large-scale emergencies. Much of her work is rooted in Silicon Valley, where she works with companies like Facebook, Google, and Microsoft, to develop new technology to support humanitarian responses around the world. In 2016, Gabriele was appointed to FEMA's National Advisory Council for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where she serves a technology subject matter expert. In 2017, Gabriele launched a grass-roots movement, called Rise of the Bulls, which mobilizes organizations and communities to work together in solving our world's greatest challenges.
Gabriele holds a bachelor's degree in International Business from Howard University and a graduate degree in Public Policy from the University of Southern California.
